My goal is to enable you to be the best you can be. Through a fully Personal Fitness Training Programme I will prescribe your daily workouts to keep you on track and ready to succeed. I offer three levels of programme to suit individual time constraints, ability levels and budgets. You can view these programmes below.
When you have chosen the plan most suitable for you then we can get to work!
Upon purchasing your plan you will receive a confirmation email asking you to complete a survey. In this survey you can tell me about yourself, your time commitments, your goals, your available facilities, training tools and more. This gives me all of the information I require to create the optimum training plan, individually tailored to you.
Using TrainingPeaks I will prescribe your training sessions, and your necessary adaptation (rest) days, so that you can arrive at your goal event primed and ready to go. Ideally you should aim to have a minimum of 6 months lead in time to your goal to get prepared.
